Philosophy, around the world it seems, arrived at the truth that thought and feeling, body and mind, when united, is wisdom or harmony for the human being. With the age of specialization and therefore fragmentation, we coerce some humans, whether they want to be coerced or not, into a one-sided life of thought, reason, arguments (e.g. law). They get upset when their peers are not adhering to the ethos of their field, which is fair in a narrow sense. In the broader sense, how can we expect to tell humans to be unwise, to live in discord and chaos?
