Dialectical thinking can become undialectical just as any other thinking can be, since thought is dialectical inherently, there is no "using the dialectic". This type of using the dialectic is what happens when someone who holds on to the calculating, cult-of-rationality style of thinking and thinks dialectics is the arch-rational form of thinking, as opposed the Form of thinking as such. Dialectical thinking gone wrong can be parodied in many ways. One way is take the muscles in the body. It is the sign of something gone wrong when to do something that takes one or a few muscles, you instead use those and a whole host of other muscles. Instead of lifting with your legs, you lift with your legs and your back, neck, arms, shoulders, etc. However, a physical therapist, much like a traditional therapist, will be dialectical in remedying these errors of the body. They can spot out that you are activating muscles when you do not need to, or that pain in one part of your body is being triggered by another part, which is completely unexpected to the untrained eye.
